Shipping costs range from $15 - $19 depending on wether you choose 'standard' or 'express' shipping on checkout.

International
Shipping rates are dependant on weight, and will increase with items added to your cart. Costs start at $25 AUD and go up from there.

Within Australia
Orders are shipped within 1-4 days and once dispatched, you will be provided a tracking number via email where you can track your order. Express Post orders usually arrive within 2-4 days of dispatch and Standard Post orders usually between 4-12 days. Once your order leaves our hands, we are unable to give you any more information than what Auspost provide with your tracking status.

International

If you would like to return an item, please notify us at hello@wildwaffleproject.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your order. You will need our confirmation to return an item for a refund before sending the item.

Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer, and tracking is recommended as we will not be liable for lost items. Refunds will be issued if the products arrive undamaged and in their original condition. Refund amount will be less shipping costs and merchant processing fees.

We offer a range of real insects, and faux (paper) insect frames. Real insects are responsibly sourced from insect ranching projects around the world, they are not wild caught. In fact, these insect ranching projects actually aid in insect conservation by means of insect repopulation programmes and reducing land clearing for traditional agriculture. If real insects aren't your thing, we have a range of entomology frames with beautiful faux insects that are made of paper - and they're just as beautiful as the real deal.

Display your frame anywhere you like – just avoid areas with high levels of humidity and avoid displaying them in direct sunlight to keep the colours from fading.
